For ALL social housing providers - housing associations etc to support Eve's Law and the national red flag system Eve's Marker becoming primary legislation.
The Protection of Victims Act 2014

To work with all social housing providers so that all employees are aware of the National Centre for Domestic Violence (NCDV) and the Assist Database

That ALL employees of ALL social housing providers understand the risks and dangers of a SAFE address disclosure/exposure and ensure that appropriate and swift action is taken to ensure the victims safety.  if a victims home is their SAFE address this should be clearly marked on their file so that no disclosures are made in error.

That ALL employees of ALL social housing providers have a sound knowledge of the issues surround domestic violence and abuse.  Housing providers should be aware if a tenant has been/is a victim of domestic violence/abuse, many tenants say their landlord is not aware that anti molestation orders/restraining orders are in place.

All social housing providers should be aware if a tenant has a domestic violence marker/vulnerable persons marker etc on the property.

That ALL social housing providers with websites have a page dedicated to domestic violence/abuse with details of organisations to contact if help is needed.  Many victims are unaware that they have to make an application for an anti molestation order within 10 days of an incident under the Family Law Act - information like this is vital and housing providers can help raise so much awareness to the services out there and the law.  Education is key.

That ALL resources are investigated and used to ensure a victims safety and protection.  Any employees that visit the property should be aware of safeguarding issues - this is not only for the benefit of the victim but also employees.  Perps may be stalking/harassing - this could potentially put employees at risk.  Safeguarding is of paramount importance.  Ladders have been left outside a victims house after work had been carried out - the victim unaware they were there, her abuser likes to still visit 2-3 times a week....
